Using the job description, we identify top candidates from our curated database and, if necessary, extend the search to our broader networks. Once identified, we reach out to candidates to gauge their interest and gather relevant application materials. Candidates are also encouraged to refer others who may be a great fit for the role.

  • WWV Labs connects high-potential female students and recent graduates (<5 YOE) from top U.S. universities with startups seeking top entrepreneurial talent. By curating a vetted candidate pool and streamlining the hiring process, WWV Labs enables early-stage companies to find skilled team members for full-time roles, internships, and short-term projects.

  • We work with a wide range of startups and high-growth companies—from early-stage ventures searching for their first hires or even co-founders, to established Series B+ startups expanding their teams. Most of our partners are pre-seed to Series A companies across diverse industries including AI/ML, healthcare, legal and govtech, consumer, education, fintech, and more. If a company is building something ambitious and needs sharp, motivated talent, WWV Labs is here to help!

  • There is no one-size-fits-all candidate. We welcome everyone—from ambitious high schoolers to professionals with over a decade of experience—to apply. That said, most of the roles we help fill are best suited for college juniors through candidates with up to five years of post-grad experience. The overwhelming majority of fellows in our candidate pool have graduated from or currently attend top 20 U.S. universities. Since we primarily work with U.S.-based startups, we focus on candidates who are eligible to work in the U.S.

  • We support startups in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles. Around half of our placements have been for technical positions, while the rest span areas like marketing, business development, finance, and Chief of Staff roles.

  • Yes — it is absolutely 100% free. We never charge candidates. All we ask is that you actively engage with the WWV Labs community and support fellow members along the way :)
